01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bajilife platform — whether through the website at bajilife.club or through the bajilife mobile app — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bajilife. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and bajilife.

Your acceptance of these terms happens automatically when you register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any feature of the bajilife platform. If you are using bajilife on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

bajilife reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bajilife, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajilife does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bajilife employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bajilife platform.
• You must be registering as an individual, not as a business entity or on behalf of a third party.

bajilife may request proof of age or identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, bajilife reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bajilife. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your bajilife login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bajilife will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact bajilife support immediately.

bajilife accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajilife processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There are no fees charged by bajilife on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. bajilife aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

• All funds deposited into bajilife must be your own money. Using funds obtained through fraudulent means is prohibited.
• bajilife reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification.
• bajilife does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your bajilife account.

If bajilife identifies a deposit as potentially fraudulent or made in error, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bajilife are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game being wagered on. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

bajilife reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing mistake, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or insider information. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where bajilife's cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• The maximum payout on any single bet is subject to limits set by bajilife, which may vary by sport and market.
• bajilife reserves the right to limit the stake size on any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension is lifted are subject to the updated odds.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of bajilife's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bajilife offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• bajilife reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other methods — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

If bajilife determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms, it reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

07 Responsible Gaming

bajilife is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, bajilife encourages you to use these tools or contact the support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajilife platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing baji life staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the bajilife platform.

bajilife monitors platform activity continuously. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

09 Account Termination

You may close your bajilife account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met and your account is in good standing.

bajilife reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A player has provided false or misleading information.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• bajilife is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bajilife reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

10 Limitation of Liability

bajilife provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, bajilife does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajilife shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bajilife's control.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect odds caused by a technical error, where such bets have been voided.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits bajilife's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

bajilife may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bajilife will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use the bajilife platform after updated terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
